Kobas Labs LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the application AURO. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

By using our application, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the application.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering that you already answered the cookie prompt or the waitlist invitation. These do not identify you.

With your permission, we also use two measurement tools. Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, helps us understand how people find the site and which pages they read. Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., helps us measure whether our advertising brings people to the site. Both set cookies and may transfer data, including your IP address, to servers in the United States under the providers' standard contractual clauses.

Neither tool is loaded until you choose "Accept" in the cookie prompt. If you decline, or never answer, nothing is sent to Google or Meta. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookies Settings" link at the bottom of every page, and you can also clear cookies through your browser or device settings.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted within the application and/or on our website. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
